Definitely worth heading up the hill after receiving a low ball offer for my late model trade in. Not only did I receive a fair price for my vehicle. I also had an incredible and refreshing experience with a company that are prepared to give a young person an opportunity to thrive in their very first job. Young salesman Kyle was well mannered, knowledgeable and a keen learner that was prepared to admit when he didn't know something and find out the answer. Throughout the two visits Kyle's team queitely stood around him and mentored him through the process it was quite beautiful to watch. Due to high KMs in my job this is my 3rd experience of purchasing a new vehicle since 2021 and Kyle made the experience enjoyable and truly listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the service department at Kalamunda Toyota. There is really no other place I would take my Prado when it needs to be serviced or repaired. I always receive excellent friendly customer service from the staff behind the counter and the technical expert Rob is second to none. Jason the Service Manager is very approachable and helpful. They have provided me with excellent service and repairs to my vehicle, and Rob has saved me a great deal of money compaired to quotes I have received from other companies. I totally recommend taking your Toyota to Kalamunda Toyota.
