Supporting Swimming WA Clubs

Buy your next car from Kalamunda Toyota and help Swimming WA

Good for your club. It costs your club nothing.

Kalamunda Toyota is proud to support Swimming WA. Through the Swimming WA Club Car Purchase Referral Scheme, Swimming WA members who buy a vehicle from us can direct a donation to their local swimming club.

We have been part of the Perth Hills community for over 40 years, and we know how much local clubs rely on early mornings, volunteer hours and every fundraising dollar. This is a simple way to give back, built into a purchase you were already planning, with no cost to your club.

How the Scheme Works

1. Choose your vehicle

Have a chat with our team about our new, demonstrator and pre-owned range.

2. Show your membership

Let us know you are a Swimming WA member and bring your current membership details along.

3. Nominate your club

Tell us which Swimming WA club you would like to support. We note it with your purchase when you sign your contract of sale.

4. We make the donation

Once your vehicle is delivered, Kalamunda Toyota pays the donation straight to your club.

Our Partnership with Swimming WA

Kalamunda Toyota supports Swimming WA alongside our sister dealership, New Town Toyota. It is one more way we show up for local sport and the people who keep it running.

It sits alongside our other community support across the Hills, including local sports sponsorships and our community BBQ trailer, which local businesses and groups can borrow free of charge.

The scheme is also available at New Town Toyota in East Victoria Park.

Entry 2: Swimming WA Club Car Purchase Referral Scheme terms and conditions

1. Promoter

1.1The Swimming WA Club Car Purchase Referral Scheme (the Scheme) is offered by NewTown (WA) Pty Ltd (ABN 51 057 584 595) trading as New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota (the Promoter).

1.2The Scheme is offered in partnership with Swimming WA. Swimming WA is not the promoter of the Scheme and is not responsible for paying any donation.

2. The Scheme

2.1When an eligible buyer purchases a qualifying vehicle from New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota and nominates an eligible club, the Promoter will donate $200 to that club.

2.2The donation is made by the Promoter to the club. It is not a discount, rebate or payment to the buyer, and it does not change the purchase price of the vehicle.

3. Scheme period

3.1The Scheme runs for the term of the partnership agreement between the Promoter and Swimming WA (the Scheme Period).

3.2To qualify, the contract of sale must be signed during the Scheme Period. A qualifying purchase with a contract of sale signed before the Scheme Period ends will still receive the donation, even if the vehicle is delivered after the Scheme Period ends.

4. Eligibility

4.1To be eligible, the buyer must hold a current Swimming WA membership at the time the contract of sale is signed.

4.2The buyer must show proof of current Swimming WA membership to the sales consultant before or at the time the contract of sale is signed. Proof can be a membership card or a digital membership record showing current membership.

4.3The Swimming WA member must be the buyer, or one of the named buyers, on the contract of sale.

4.4An eligible club is a swimming club that is registered with and affiliated to Swimming WA at the time of nomination.

5. Qualifying vehicles

5.1New, demonstrator and used vehicles purchased from New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota qualify for the Scheme, whether the vehicle is paid for outright or financed.

6. How to nominate a club

6.1The buyer must nominate one eligible club at the time the contract of sale is signed. The nomination will be recorded on the sale file.

6.2A nomination cannot be made or changed after the contract of sale is signed.

7. Payment of the donation

7.1The Promoter will pay the $200 donation directly to the nominated club within 30 days of the vehicle being delivered to the buyer.

7.2The Promoter may contact the nominated club to confirm its payment details. If the donation cannot be paid to the nominated club after reasonable attempts, the Promoter will contact the buyer to nominate another eligible club.

8. Limits

8.1One $200 donation is payable for each qualifying vehicle.

8.2Each vehicle purchase supports one club only. The donation cannot be split between clubs.

8.3The donation cannot be exchanged for cash, a discount, or any other benefit to the buyer.

9. Cancelled or undelivered sales

9.1No donation is payable if the contract of sale is cancelled or terminated, or if the vehicle is not delivered to the buyer.

10. Privacy

10.1The Promoter will collect the buyer’s name, Swimming WA membership details and nominated club in order to administer the Scheme.

10.2The Promoter may share the buyer’s name and membership details with Swimming WA to confirm membership. The Promoter will only tell the nominated club who made the purchase if the buyer agrees.

10.3Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy, available on the New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota websites.

11. Changes to the Scheme

11.1The Promoter may change or end the Scheme by publishing updated terms on the New Town Toyota and Kalamunda Toyota websites.

11.2A change will not affect a qualifying purchase where the contract of sale was signed before the change was published.

12. General

12.1The Promoter’s decision on eligibility, made reasonably, is final.

12.2Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is not a sponsor of the Scheme and is not responsible for it.

12.3Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights a buyer has under the Australian Consumer Law.

12.4These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
