Terms & Conditions
Promoter: New Town Toyota & Kalamunda Toyota (collectively referred to as “the Promoter”)
Promotion Period
This promotion commences at 12:00am AWST on 1 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 30 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
To be eligible, customers must:
a) Book and complete a scheduled vehicle service at either New Town Toyota or Kalamunda Toyota during the Promotion Period.
b) Provide accurate contact details at the time of service.
Prize
Eligible customers will go into the draw to win a Toyota Merchandise Pack. The contents of the pack may vary and are subject to availability. Total prize value is at the discretion of the Promoter.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends. The draw will take place by 5 July 2025 and the winner will be notified via phone or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
General
Only one entry per vehicle service is permitted.
This promotion is only open to individual retail customers. Fleet, government, and rental vehicles are excluded.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy
By entering this promotion, you consent to the Promoter collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion and in accordance with the dealership’s privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the prize or the conduct of the promotion.
