How to buy

You can take out a roadside assistance plan when you buy your new or used Toyota. If you already own a Toyota, conatct Kalamunda Toyota on 9257 9100 or call 137 200. We’ll cover you for up to six years, and you can even choose the start date (so it won’t overlap with any existing cover you may have).

What are my options?
Cover options range from 1-6 years, depending on the age of your vehicle.
You can choose from two levels of cover: Roadside Assist or Roadside Assist Plus.

  • Q What should I do if I need Roadside Assistance?

    Call us at 137 200. We’re here to help you get back on the road asap.

    To ensure we can assist as quickly as possible, you will be asked to provide:

    Your location: Anything from street name to landmarks.
    Your Toyota details: Model, colour etc. or your Rego.
    A description of the problem: engine not working, keys locked in etc. This will help us to send the right specialist to you.
    A contact phone number, where possible.

  • Q How can I buy Roadside Assistance?

    You can call us on 9257 9100  to purchase Roadside Assistance.

  • Q What if I don’t have Roadside Assistance with Toyota Financial Services, can I still call for assist

    If you do not have Roadside Assistance with Toyota Financial Services, you can call us to request immediate service and we will help get you back on the road. You will be asked to pay a call out fee and purchase a policy, so you can remain covered in the event you need assistance in the future.

  • Q I don’t have a Toyota, can I still take out Roadside Assistance with Toyota?

    Our Roadside Assistance program covers most makes and models regardless of whether it is a Toyota or not.

  • Q Does it matter who is driving the car?

    Toyota will provide roadside regardless of who is driving your car.

  • Q Can I get roadside assistance if I break down interstate?

    Yes, our Roadside policy is applicable Australia-wide for peace of mind.

  • Q When can I start using my Roadside Assistance?

    Immediately. Call us on 9257 9100 or Call Toyota Roadside Assist directly on 137 200 and the operator will ask you for information including:

    •  Your name and location
    • Your Vehicle rego
    •  Description of the problem
    • A contact phone number, where possible.
  • Q What if I break down in an area outside my towing inclusions?

    If your vehicle suffers a breakdown in a metropolitan area and cannot be started, then we’ll transport it to;

    •  a Toyota Dealership of your choice, up to 20km, or, if you do not have a preference;
    •  the nearest Toyota Dealership.

    If your vehicle suffers a breakdown in a rural area and cannot be started, then we’ll transport it to;

    • a Toyota Dealership or Authorised Repairer of your choice, up to 50km, or, if you do not have a preference;
    •  the nearest Toyota Dealership or authorised repairer. If the Breakdown has occurred outside of the Dealer’s (or Authorised repairer if you are in a rural area) business hours, your Vehicle will be stored securely then delivered to the nearest Dealer (or Authorised repairer if you are in a rural area) on the next working day.

    If your vehicle has a breakdown whilst towing a registered caravan or trailer, we’ll recover the caravan or trailer and transport it to the nearest convenient safe location, or to the Dealer (or Authorised repairer if you are in a rural area) where we have towed your Vehicle (at our choice). A maximum limit of $100 (including GST) per incident applies for transporting any caravans or trailers and any amount above this will be your responsibility.
