Your Toyota can be tracked and located by our Stolen Vehicle Assistance call centre and the police if reported stolen[CS4].

In the event of a theft we’re here 24/7 to help trace and locate your connected Toyota vehicle [CS4]. The location information is given to the police so they can track down your stolen vehicle.

How It Works

REPORT

In the unfortunate event of a stolen vehicle you should first file a stolen vehicle report with the police.

CONTACT

Contact Toyota Stolen Vehicle Assistance and quote your police report number and vehicle identification number (VIN) on 1300 216 738.

TRACE

Your Toyota agent will coordinate with the police and provide them with your vehicle’s location information.

ACCESS

Access Toyota Connected Services through myToyota Connect. This app allows you to stay connected to your vehicle wherever you go, making for a better driving experience[CS5].
